| Membership Transfer Request | Request to transfer membership from Victory to another church. | Member should write /speak to the Victory Clerk to give notice of membership transfer request. Details should be given regarding the transfer destination. | If the membership is confirmed at the Victory church as being in regular standing, then the clerk will take the item to the church board for approval. | After approval at the church board, the matter will be presented to the church as notice of transfer, first reading. | If there are mitigating factors raise regarding the notice of transfer, the matter will be referred back tot he board. If there are no mitigating factors, then item will be presented to the church for a second reading. | Upon presenting the item to the church at the second reading, a vote will be taken by the church on the motion to transfer the membership. | If the motion is voted in the affirmative, then the clerk will notify the clerk at the receiving church of the vote through the online transfer system. | Upon receiving notice of confirmation that the membership is received in the receiving church, the Victory clerk shall remove the member from Victory church membership. | If there is no confirmation that the member has been received into the fellowship of the receiving church, then the membership remains at the Victory church pending a resolution to the process. |
