Jesus' mission to earth
Jesus' mission to earth, in the flesh, was to save lost human beings.
All human beings have sinned and are destined to die eternally. "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Â Romans 3:23
The wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23
God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
"For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved." John 3:17
"The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." John 10:10
